Featured Pet - We will be spotlighting a pet from our valued clients on a regular basis.

Oscar Tagtow

Oscar is a very sweet 17-yr old domestic short hair kitty who first came to see us in December 2007. Oscar was having a difficult time walking and was in a lot of pain. He also has the occasional upset stomach and diarrhea.

Oscar had previously had acupuncture performed at another clinic and responded well. We continued the acupuncture treatments at varied intervals of monthly to every three to four months. Oscar was also started on two Chinese herbal formulas to help with his arthritis and his gastrointestinal system. Per Oscar’s owner, "acupuncture has really made a difference!"

Acupuncture is best known for its beneficial effects with arthritis and other musculoskeletal diseases. However, acupuncture also can be utilized to help with other health problems. For more information on acupuncture, please refer to our article or feel free to call us to talk with one of our friendly staff members.
