Dr. Roger Terrel
Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Terrel graduated from Texas A&M University in 1985, Cum Laude in the top 10% of his graduating class and has been practicing veterinary medicine in Longview and Texas City since that time.  

He began practicing here at Claws & Paws Veterinary Hospital® in January of 2002. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the Texas Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA). He is also a member of Phi Zeta, the National Veterinary Honor Society as well as Phi Kappa Phi, Gamma Sigma Delta and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies.

Professional Interests: Soft tissue and Orthopedic surgery.

Outside Interests: Model railroading, computing and astronomy.

Hometown: Richmond, Texas

Wife: Christy Terrel, R.N.

Children: Gabriel, Daniel and Jonathan
